ANSI/ASNT CP-189-2016 is an ANSI standard that establishes the minimum requirements for the qualification and certification of nondestructive testing (NDT) and predictive maintenance (PdM) personnel, including the minimum training, education, and experience requirements, as well as criteria for documenting qualifications and certification.
